Guarantee

We guarantee that you will be completely satisfied with the quality of our work. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will make every effort to reconcile the problem or refund the cost of your order (less any shipping and handling fees). This guarantee is limited to the first thirty (30) days following the receipt of the product by the customer. All concerns and issues must be submitted to CatSam Imaging either by email or mail during this time.

Shipping Companies

CatSam Imaging is in no way liable for problems incurred while your material is being handled by third-party shipping services. We will notify you immediately if there is any damage when we receive your package. All claims for damage will have to be filed with the appropriate shipping entity. If you (the customer) require insurance on your shipment, that cost will be incorporated into the shipping and handling fees.

Your Responsibilities

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide material that is wholly owned by the customer, or that you have obtained permission (in writing) from the owner of said material. You (the customer) are solely responsible for the content that you have provided. Should copyrighted materials be identified during the terms of the contract, it will be promptly returned to you and not incorporated into any project we are doing.

DVD Compatibility

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the DVD player owned is capable of supporting DVD-R/DVD+R media. If there are any concerns regarding this format, or you are not sure of your player is compatible, please visit http://www.videohelp.com/dvdplayers
All music provided by you (the customer) must be in accordance with the fair use provisions of Copyright Law. All music purchased by CatSam Imaging on behalf of the customer will be relinquished to the customer along with the completed project.

Your Privacy

Your privacy is our highest concern. As such, we do not collect data on customers (other than general website statistics), nor do we store data other that that used in a customer database as provided during the order process. In addition, we do not share, sell or lease personal information.

By using CatSam Imaging's services, you agree to the aforementioned terms. If you (the customer) feel that CatSam Imaging is not adhering to these terms, please contact us immediately.
